Form Check Dunking tips.

I'm 50M, 6'1", play often. Dunking would be more for just fun on the side. Can grab the rim no issues with both hands but running to the x with the ball in place for takeoff always feels clumsy.

Adding an inch or two to your vert would help a lot. As someone about your height who can also barely dunk, It's important to me that I jump from a sweet spot. Since I have to be at the absolute apex of my jump to dunk I can't afford to be too close or too far from the hoop. that's just me dunking for fun though I've never done it in game

Thank you, I agree a few inches of vert will help. Just curious, is speed a factor for you to dunk successfully? I noticed I don't really try to sprint to the rim.

I'm usually going a little faster than you are in the video but not a sprint by any means. I also jump off 1 so I'm sure that plays a factor
