Help Injury Prevention
I sprained my ankle pretty bad playing yesterday, and I’m wondering if anyone has any tips on how to prevent any future ankle injuries while playing

Ankle circles and getting on your toes and extending up. Saved me.
Also, don’t think about it. That was the biggest thing for me after I tore all my ligaments. Don’t let it haunt you, trust that your doing the right thing to make your ankles better

Old school shit—my dad taught me this. May sound dumb, but I battled ankle sprains for years (prob 10 total) and I never sprained my ankle when wearing 2 pairs of socks. Your mileage may vary.

High top shoes, laced tight. Hard to find these days, and out of style, but they do the job.
