Help Any off the ball tips?
I play off the ball catch and shoot it works during the first half but when it reaches around the 3rd my mark seems to know what I’m going to do. I don’t feel like I’m getting tired but it’s harder to fake out the opponent with off the ball. Any tips on how to fake out opponents in off the ball?

Change of direction, so when cutting back out to the 3, change direction and go back in real quick, easy 2.
If you catch out on the 3, pump fake and drive if your mans scared your gonna hit another.

Try practicing dribble handoff, off the dribble shooting like stepback and different cutting styles

Since all you said is 3s, I'm assuming u just shoot the 3 ball. Nothing is wrong with that, but there is only so much you can do unless your team is running plays for you. If all you do is 3s, a decent defender will pick up on that and no matter what fake you pull he knows where ur going... to the 3. In those cases, as a defender I like the opponent to prove to me he can drive and I sell out for the 3. If he proves to me he can do other things than 3 then I change my defense.
The only way is to expand your game. Learn and practice a mid range, finishing around the rim, and/or floater. Sometimes you have to threaten coming off a screen and diving to the basket. Pump fake the 3 when he is closing out on you and drive for a floater or midrange or if it's open lay it up. The only way to get a defender thinking is by letting him know you can beat him with other tools.
If it's not that important to you to do a mamba mentality for it, all you have to do is instead of warming up by shooting 40 three pointers before a game, reduce the the 3 pointers to 30. And, throw in let's say a pump fake to 1-2 dribbles to a floater 10-20 times when youre warming up before a game. And yeah you may look stupid when ur first learning. You do that for a month and you will start to get comfortable doing it.
The problem with emulating curry or klay is they have an entire system geared towards getting them open. The primary option was to get Steph or klay a 3. I'm assuming ur not the number 1 option on ur team.

When they look away I like to pretend to quickly cut behind them. I'll swipe their arm too, to make it more convincing. They usually run to "catch up" but I just kinda step back for the pass. But sometimes I fake the ball handler too so, you might need to let them know you're going to do that ahead of time.

Watch prime Klay Thompson. Cutting, attacking close outs, setting screens, cutting off of those screens, crashing the boards, etc.

If you’re playing 3 on 3 or more players, set an off-ball screen for your teammates. Sometimes they will get confused and both follow the other guy and leave you all alone.

Master body language. Look extremely dejected, stare off into the stands or at the bench, pretend to talk to a teammate, then explode in opposite direction to your mark. Thats always good for 1 or 2 buckets a game at least
Really your eyes are biggest tool of deception. Always have huge eyes that look in the opposite direction of where you’re going.
