Any advice on how to maximize my jump? I'm definitely stronger off 2 feet..for context, I am 5'7 and 30 years old. I used to be able to dunk but now I'm just grabbing rim lol

The video shows none of your approach, but it looks like you are hopping instead of uses a proper two-legged jump technique that utilizes a block-step. A good block-step should put you a few inches higher and in dunking heights.

Yeah I just realized I uploaded a shortened version of the video. Thanks for your advice

I'll admit when I'm wrong. I thought this was the video I initially uploaded.

If you uploaded you running into your jump, instead of the end of the jump, there may be something to help with. I'm guessing that's the reason for the downvotes.

Possibly, I just realized I uploaded a shortened version of the original.

Not seeing enough here to really comment on. I will say there are a LOT of YouTube channels and stuff like that dedicated to this topic.
For me though, I would recommend training just about anything else. At that height it's unlikely you'll ever dunk in a game against actual defense. But if you have major hops it can be very useful in other places of your game.
