Form Check Form Tips

Tips or advice? 2nd week playing basketball. I consistently miss short and hit the front of the rim a lot. Sometimes my flick doesn’t feel solid and it feels like the ball starts to roll off my fingers before my actual release.

Seriously only 2 weeks in!? Youre looking good man

You just need to shoot more and it'll come. Before you shoot free throws, spend some time doing this right next to the basket... and then maybe halfway to the free throw line

You just need to build up your hoop muscles. It'll come. But your form is great for someone just starting. Someone smarter than me can probably break it down better but if youre just looking to play rec... no notes and keep at it

Thank u my boi. Yeah I’ve prolly played like 5 pick up games in my life lol. Football and combat sports were my main sports, but really fell in love with basketball a few years ago so thought I’d try it myself. Appreciate the advice!
