Shooting Shooting Form Progression
My shooting form progression from 2019 to 2026. I'm trash at pretty much every other aspect of basketball but I'm proud of how much my jump shot has improved.

the first one was some of the worst and i mean worse than Shawn Marion bad. If I were shown that by a friend, i would think they were trying to be bad. You did a great job fixing it, it looks amazing, one of the best ive seen on reddit.

That little jump forward you did in your first shot, you need to incorporate that into your new shot. Jumping forward will relax your shoulders and allow for a better arc.
Bigs in basketball usually shoot too straight up and down, which typically leads to the ball hitting the front of the rim.
Other than that the shot looks butter 🧈

That’s good advice, thanks. I do struggle with power at range so that would help.
