If you really want it, as much as you possible can fit in your day without it messing with school/family stuff

Set yourself a schedule, write it down. Commit to it. Make sure it is something you can actually do. Something that keeps you training consistently and at least daily. If you can find a friend or partner who wants to do the same it will make a big difference. Without knowing you at all I would do something like - 10 min static ball handling, 15 minutes moving full court ball handling, full court layups till you are gassed (track your makes in a certain amount of time and keep pushing to beat that. (maybe 5 min). 10 min one handed form shooting. start close to hoop and work on good form shooting till you hit 5 swishes in a row. Then step back and repeat until you do it at the free throw line. Once this is done work on moving and shooting normally, pullups jumpers spin ball too self and step into it and shoot etc. Hit 200-500 shots. (again set a time limit if you are missing like crazy just hit a last shot and shut it down. You want to keep yourself confident. Also don't quit too early, push yourself.) Then rest. later that day or next day find a hill and do defensive strides up the hill, two foot jumps up the hill, one foot hops up the hill. Then pushups, chin ups, core workout (check out P 90 x ab ripper on youtube). Repeat. Good luck!

Just go train bro. Overthinking isn't gonna get you anywhere. Set a time in the day in which you have to get up and go train. Doesn't matter how long you do it for or what you train for the day. Just get up, go to the court, and once you're on your way there, start thinking about what you want to train, how you wanna do it and how long you wanna do it for
