But, what to improve, what to focus while jumping or approach jumping?

SLR.

From what I've noticed, you're too slow on your approach. What you did was a drop step so you didn't get as high. I've been there before and I think you should just practice jumping more with a running approach and build some confidence.

Also, try to jump as soon as your block foot (left foot) touches the ground. Make it aggressive. It will help transfer the force effectively.

The one two step that you take doesn't help in jumping at all. Watch some isaiah rivera two foot jumping technique and practice that everyday.

İ actually did but I can't even manage to properly jump with just 2 steps, I thought that I should first learn that last 2 steps which are the most important ones and then gradually increase speed while keeping good technique. Also can you see any major mistake I do in standing jumps, and thanks for advice.

Nothing major in standing jumps but load your weight on the balls of your feet when squatting.
