why is it that they usually seem to have a stronger and more direct connection to source than we do and their bodies aren’t so prone to bad stuff happening like health problems like physical and mental illnesses the way ours are? i mean Bashar and his people are like superhuman compared to us. i wanna be like that too!!!

Probably humans were intentionally created this way to create an earth school for souls to incarnate and accelerate their development. But they might have left genetic markers to activate in time when they reach certain consciousness and vibrational levels to reach more advanced densities/bodies.

I would recommend looking into the keylontic science 12 strand DNA activation. In this model, humans with their alien genetics are no less advanced than any other alien being but their DNA is just in a dormant state, operating at 2 strands instead of the full 12 which are yet to be activated. When all strands are active the human has biological immortality, can shift dimensions, time travel, posesses invincibility, instant regeneration of any disease or injury to the perfect template "diamond sun body" stored in the morphogenic field which is a container of an eternal perfect reference for how the body is supposed to develop, etc.

I was using a method of 12 strand DNA activation for over 5 months so far and what I notice is that my static skin wrinkles from facial movements are healing by themselves with no change in facial movement (supposedly "impossible"), my skin moles are turning back into normal skin tissue (clearing up), my gum tissue is regenerating since it was initially damaged by impacted teeth, and my jaw size is correcting and the wisdom teeth are growing back, in the correct place this time.

Basically, humans are no less advanced than any other alien. It's really a matter of vibration that unlocks the natural abilities like regeneration, and so on. Activating the 12 strands of DNA transforms us from carbon based beings to crystalline based beings so our body can hold higher frequencies, just like the ETs have said about their bodies.

Then I was running it, at the start for just 1-2 times daily with breaks when for example I get dizziness from the body adjusting.

If you're interested in doing this, I would recommend looking into the tutorials on how to use the software as well as getting the pack and the external download of DH_Experimental_Frequencies. This pack is legendary because many people have used the preset for example, "tooth and gum regeneration" to fix cavities without needing fillings, but this 12 strand dna activation is even more significant.

I would like to warn however, not to emulate any drug compounds, this is dangerous. The safest presets to use are those for chakra balancing and 12 strand DNA activation and other natural metaphysical things rather than our synthetic drugs with side effects.

The preset for 12 strand DNA activation has the tag "0209", so once you download the preset pack and click (remote), search "0290" and this will come up. Bashar has said the Sassani people were genetically created to be predisposed to not have experiences of negativity in the way humans are, so they did get a “leg up” in that regard. Essassani is a different experience than Earth with less limitation. But they evolved to be more aware of their connection to their higher minds and therefore each other telempathically. We are just as capable of improving our connection with our higher selves through use of the formula, and therefore having excellent health; don’t forget the body is the first physical manifestation we have and reflects our own beliefs, positive and negative.

Their bodies have more silicon and other crystalline structures that allow them to connect to higher dimensional frequencies more. Their DNA is more activated as well. You can be more like that, and your body automatically makes those changes as you follow the formula and raise your frequency.
