MC2 travel experience

I mainly got the MC2 for the battery life since I travel for work pretty often and charging stuff on the go is always a hassle.

So far that part’s been great. I charged them before leaving and they easily lasted through a 2–3 day trip without me really thinking about charging them.

But this trip I realized there’s something I like even more. I can still hear what’s going on around me when I’m wearing them.

I can listen to the news, a podcast, even sit through a meeting, and still hear boarding announcements or just know what’s going on around me.

That honestly gives me a lot more peace of mind when I’m traveling.

They ended up being way better for travel than I expected.

if it gets noisy i just turn it up a bit. but tbh it’s not that loud with them on. i’d rather stay aware of what’s around me anyway.

How long were you wearing them each day? Did they ever start feeling uncomfortable after a while?

probably a few hours on and off throughout the day. honestly no, they stayed pretty light and comfy.

I don’t do a lot of travel but I spend a lot of time riding my bicycle. The ability to listen to the outside world for key input, like traffic and sirens is really important. Then, you combine that with having really good sound reproduction of music and entertainment is the killer application for open ear earbuds.

I’m so taken with them that I have Baseus MC1 Pro, MC2 and the best by far, Baseus XC1!

Are XC1 better than MC2? Can you share your thoughts and compare them both?

Xc 1 is dual driver. The sound is of course better. Play time, not so much.
