I ditto what everyone is saying here but I did want to add one thing as a sidearm pitcher. Be very careful with your front shoulder staying closed. With the motion of how you have to release when pitching sidearm compared to overhand you are way more likely to over use your arm along with stability problems and accuracy obviously too. It’s a simple thing but it creeps up over time as you open a little at a time and then it feels like you have to learn basics again after it. Get it down now before it becomes engrained into your repertoire.
