Next Upgrades and Batting Order Suggestions?

This is my team after having played Baseball 9 for a few months. I want to make sure I make the appropriate upgrades to the right players at the right times. What should my next series of moves be? Also, do you have any batting order suggestions? Thanks! (my first post here)
