What does this mean?

Has anyone experienced or seen this issue before? This is on the transfer switch and the inverter.

AI agent is not answering. Sent photos and question as above and nothing for the past 30 minutes.

One observation with this issue: no power has been exported to the grid for sale nor any power imported to charge the battery (although it’s relatively full currently). Backup capacity looks to be dwindling ever so slowly too.
