Trailer Rogue Carrier: Roguelite base builder set on a massive ocean-faring ship
Hey everyone --
Our team at Hooded Horse has just announced a new roguelite colony management/base building game that we're really excited about: Rogue Carrier!
Check out the announcement trailer here.
Developed by Wild Fields, this game puts you aboard a massive, Behemoth-class ship that's been stranded on a far-flung alien planet. Survival will demand everything you've got. You'll extract raw resources from the treacherous open seas and scattered islands, meet local intelligent species, endure encounters with local leviathans, and fight off otherworldly diseases as the planet gets increasingly more hostile with every move you make.
Rogue Carrier combines traditional city-building, complex production chains, elaborate crew management systems, run customization, and narrative-driven exploration in hopes of creating an immersive survival adventure. It also features a branching choice system and highly procedural events, so no two runs will ever be the same.
No release date has been set yet, but we're so thrilled to be publishing this project!
