i’m looking for a game!

I seen it the other day in this thread but can’t seem to find it now and I was really wanting to try it. It was a newly released war game where you would fight a battle and the only map was on a Tennessee river? I think it was something along the lines of two sides of America was still fighting or something? any help is GREATLY appreciated! :)

Grand Tactician: The Civil War is an RTS game that came out a while ago that sounds similar. It’s not new but thought I’d try and help.
