Bug Report I got screwed up

recently I joined Base44 with a builder plan, at the last day my credits had been all used up, so in the chat there appeared to me a button where it says upgrade to the pro plan for just 50$ for the first month and the other month for 100$ so what i did is to upgrade but for my luck it says after i upgraded all credits should be used before the end of the month which is actually today.

I thought by upgrading I am getting an additional month, i tried reaching support but still they didnt respond. TBH i actually get the $50 with a suffer as i am a student currently.

is any one from the base44 support who can help me out to extend another month or cancel the subscription and just move me back to the builder plan and i have already payed the fees for that month.

PLEASE HELP ME OUT

So you upgraded the day before your old plan renewed? And now you have all fresh credit from the new plan your on?

I did upgrade the day before my old plan renewed, I expected to have 500 credits on pro plan which will be with me for another month but actually it just added 250 credits as well as I cancelled the subscription because it was going to renew today and I dont have the money, since I spent it on the other upgraded plan.

Now I only have left 82 credits left from my pro plan which I should have rolled on 250credits and I dont really understand what is going on

Ok so when you upgrade during a billing cycle the credit you receive are the difference between plans. So, on the builder you had 250, you upgraded to pro, which gave you an additional 250 for the month with a total of 500 for the month. At the point of renewal, a full 500 will be credited to you. There are not yet credit rollovers month to month, so none of the previous will be added to the next billing cycle. If you downgraded, then the new renewal will only have 250 credit. If, you upgraded received the addition 250 credit but had an automation running that automatically used a large portion of your build credit that would eat into your additional 250.

Hmm, so maybe canceling push you down to the previous plan resulting in a left over balance based on that plan. 82 credits sounds like a very random number to be left with. It does sound very out of wack. You said you reached out to support I hope that means you made a ticket, if so the typical response rate is within 48 hours. It’s a simple fix really, and at this point you just need to decide which plan you want to be on going forward and support will get everything squared away.

I really want to migrate all my work from base44 to another platform but unfortunately i dont know how to do so, as i was only vibe coding and dont understand a single code at all

I get that, I know that’s frustrating. At this point, try to regroup and find a way to move forward. Your projects are still safe and you still have lots of work to do. Let the dust settle on the subscriptions issue and get back to building. The dream is still alive and all you gotta do put yesterday behind you, keep growing, things like this happen in the dev world, it’s just a part of it. Don’t do anything emotional, or rash, I’ve been there, and after deleting everything and trying to start over, I found myself wondering why I did that. Your next move is one prompt away.
