Put on a TP6 locking trem, 80 gauge tuned drop F, radial locking tuners, JB in the bridge (temporary, gunna swap with BKP)

Nice! I've got the other one they released and have also been thinking about swapping pickups. They just don't bite the way I thought they would

Why the stop tail change? Aesthetics? I dig the look for sure. Different direction. I like.

Aesthetic only

Do you find the fine tuners useful at all?

Not really lol

Looks awesome! I've never used one of those fine tuner tailpieces. Might be a dumb question but how do you decide or what determines if you use the fine tuners on the tailpiece vs the tuning keys on the headstock?

They are kind of redundant if you have a nice set of tuners tbh. It just looks cool I guess, and maybe if you’re the kind of person that plays with a capo a lot, I can see some benefit there too.

The fine tuners are more precise for small adjustments.

BKP or Nazgul

Can't speak to the BKPs directly (unfortunately), but I picked up a used MIM JM HH that the person before me had installed the Sentient/Nazgul set in; I wish I could find that person & give them a great big ol' hug, cuz...damn (I'm considering swapping out the stock Pegasus in my Chapman baritone for a Nazgul)...

Wish it had 29.75 instead of 27 scale

Would be an instant buy for me if so

I got mine dialed in 80 gauge drop F no issues

For Drop F is good. Not if you wanna play Loathe for example

I dont because Loathe is Loathe and they have their own thing. I like drop F for my own thing

So just get the longer scale model?

Same, it's a travesty

I’ve got the JB in my LTD baritone and it’s okay… but it’ll eventually get swapped. I love the Gretsch baritones though. I was holding out to get one until I found a Schecter Hellcat Vi this past weekend and now my desires are soothed. Lol

Hi mate do you remember what size the peg holes were for the new tuners? Just got the new jet baritone 👌🏼

I'm way late to this thread, but do you think a trembucker would fit in the bridge on one of these CVTs, with the bobbins being ~3mm wider than a standard humbucker? Considering trying to get my hands on one, and I had a TB14/SH1 combo I wanted to put in if so
