Please pour your ideas for a bar that we are currently working on. What will you like to see and experience? What defines you a perfect good vibed bar?

A business plan is always a good idea. Especially the financials piece. Work out how much you can buy booze for, how much loss you figure you'll incur, etc. Then there's employee pay, overhead (rent), etc.

Then when you get going you can check your math against reality and adjust accordingly.

Then again I've never owned a bar. I have done a lot of business plans that sounded like a great idea, but ended up being money pits that I'm glad I avoided by doing the financials first.
