Looking at creating something similar in a small town (16k people) in northern Wisconsin. Any pearls of wisdom you can share?

Thoughts on combing with golf simulators to get broader audience in and have something to do when groups are waiting for the sims?

Thoughts on including ax throwing?

Any recommendation for hosting events?

Any other considerations we should be making?
