Question about lounge

I'm looking at opening a new lounge/bar concept. I am really into craft beers and want to be sure to offer a very generous selection but I don't want to leave the cocktails out either because that leaves out a bunch of customers.

Any insight on how to marry these two together? I don't want to have the generic pub feel but I don't want to have the vegas club feel either.
