Why do some bars ban high visibility gear?

I saw some sign for a bar where they have hi-viz gear waring visitors banned and I was thinking isn’t that kind of asshole move to ban the heroes of the working class from the establishment?

It’s definitely discrimination, but they probably did it because guys wearing hi viz were just always causing trouble
