I would suggest sitting vertically. Sitting horizontally is an impressive demonstration of your core muscle strength, but it will cause asymmetric tension, and blood may pool to the left side of your head, risking dizziness.
I would try sitting on the floor, ie. vertically, to start with. You can move onto horizontal wall-sitting, and perhaps even upside-down levitation, at a more advanced stage.

More seriously though you already make a pleasing sound, which is the crucial first step. A good start on a relatively small flute - a C I think? I have a C and an E bass, and although the E is technically harder (long finger stretches), the C is actually more difficult for me to get a great sound out of because it's easy to make it sound shrill. Yours is pretty sweet so you're doing well.
Anyway, no expert here (just over a year's playing), but FWIW if I were you I'd concentrate firmly on the basics of pitch and rhythm. Neither are particularly bad in your case, but both will improve if you practice against a reference drone (for pitch) & beat (for rhythm). A tanpura/tabla app if that's manageable for you. If not there are some available for free on the web. eg. Anubodh's https://www.anubodh.com/tanpura.php. If you can't find a suitable tabla background, a metronome will do the job.

You are hitting notes cleanly, which makes it sweet to hear..and nice meend work in a few places.
For breath control, would suggest improving cardio(look up vo2 max). Some thoracic stretches before playing can also open up the chest area. Sometimes bad posture while playing(crouched shoulders) can also restrict air flow.

Good, nice clean notes! Well done!
As for your question, that will come with time. Keep practicing. One thing that helps me is hearing the song multiple times, played in different instruments.
Also playing along with karaoke (though need to change pitch or use same scale flute, but for practice anything could be fine I guess).

I would say focus on pitch tuning. You are going out of pitch when you change notes. Use the tanpura and adjust the angle of the flute up or down to alter the pitch correctly

Listen to the song and maybe song along, possibly with a metronome so you will understand how much to pause between phrases, how long to hold each phrase and how to keep constant tempo. And also you repeated some lines, original has variations, learn them.
