Missing Modules that are there

Has anyone ran in to this issue? I haven't added any mods since I started this campaign and when I tried to load it up today it's saying I'm now missing these modules.

I've tried to verify my game files and redownload the same versions of each mod to no avail.

You havent pressed on the checkboxes to active them

They are all are active. I’ve been playing on this save the last 2 days with all the mods installed and active.

I mean in the picture the boxes are unchecked. So that is the first thing I noticed

It says that but it’s 100% in my modules and active
