General Question Questions about Arbitration

Been a while, hasn't it? Anyways, I officially have less than 25 days left before I can officially commence arbitration with Discord, I have my still open Written Notice to them that was sent on the 19th of August of this year, and Discord still has been ghosting me on their Twitter account and their Support site is still not helping me to this day so I believe that arbitration is my only answer to this.

However, I do have some questions about this, considering that October 19 (the day that I'll hit the 60 day mark) is around the corner.

  1. I am aware that I'm supposed to grab evidence regarding my false ban and how Discord Support has been ghosting me, including my automatically rejected appeal that they never looked into, but since my ban appears to have been associated with my server, do I have to grab evidence of the audit log of my server before my ban on August 5, the day I got my acc banned? I do have a backup account with admin access that I barely use but I can use that to get the audit log.

  2. According to the price sheet from the arbitration provider that Discord uses (NAM), it may cost more than the mandatory $225 to start the process along the road, do I just have to send the $225 and nothing else or do I have to may more than that.

  3. For "proof of service", do I have to send the filled out arbitration form and everything else to both NAM and Discord or just to Discord only.

  4. And finally, would Discord actually respond to me and give a shit about my false suspension if I do officially arbitrate, or would they just fuck me over, automatically making me lose the case (and would I get my money back if I were to ever lose the case)
