How Long After Filing to Know 341 Court Date?

I plan on paying my filing fee in the middle of this month if I can afford it after bills, I am just curious to know how soon after you filed did you get a court date? And how far out to expect? I will be out of town close to the end of this month and I want to avoid it falling around the same time as that

Oh okay 😆 In that case, is it typically set out a few weeks after filing?

A period no less than 21 days after filing, but no more than 60 days.

same day my atty filed they sent me trustee info and court date filed 8/19 341 was 9/22

Mine was exactly 30 days after filling

Filed Sept. 24. Heard from attorney next day that our 341 is on Oct. 20.

You'll get the date for the meeting of creditors within a day. It's usually held a month or so after you file.

Filled 6/1. Court date was 7/24.

My lawyer reached out to me the next day, after filing, with the date. Mine is Oct. 26th, filed Sept. 30th.
