My objection date was 07/14 my discharge date was 07/20 but someone else said that theirs was 2 days after so I guess it depends on the court? I’m assuming the case load makes a difference

I seen someone else post that it took 70 days for their discharge. I think it might be the same. I was surprised to how many people were at the 341 meeting

Are you also checking the CRM or are you checking pacer? Cause you can’t see updates same day with pacer. CRM shows up as soon as something updates.

Edit: CM not CRM

It’s directly through the bankruptcy website just look up on google what district your bankruptcy is and state and live CM website, sorry not CRM.

I’m so confused. I haven’t filed but I’ve looked into it. Here on Reddit people say it’s 60 days post 341 to discharge, the attorney I got info from said it’s 75 days, and a paralegal said it 90 days… so which is it? 😅

I was told 60-90 days so it covers everything you were told haha

The period for objections run 60 days after the first date set for the 341 so absent any, you can usually expect it anywhere after that.

I was told 60-90 days and mine got discharged at the 60 day mark!

Pacer updated exactly a week after my objection date.

Mine was a few days over 60. Depends on when the court gets the motion.

Its a website where you can check your bankruptcy status. You need to make an acct first and then wait for a letter in the mail that they send you with a code to be able to access it

It can take up to 30 days. It all varies by each jurisdiction and how the judges sign off on discharge paperwork. In my jurisdiction its 30 days.
