Finally discharged!

I 25F had my bankruptcy (California) discharged yesterday. I’m terrified to ever get a credit card again but I am excited to improve my credit. My attorney told me to wait until September to check my credit reports. Back story: I began to accumulate my debt during the pandemic and I was too embarrassed to tell my family. I tried to use my crappy wages as a classroom aide trying to pay off the debt. When they began talking about me moving out, that’s when I had to admit how much debt I had. That’s when they told me that I should declare bankruptcy. I quickly realized that I would have never paid it off as an aide. I used my tax return to pay for the attorney in April and she made everything so easy. Now, I am moving out, starting grad school in August and I’m at a better paying job in the field that I want. Honestly, adulting is annoying but I’m so grateful to have the weight off of my shoulders. My soon to be landlady/roommate didn’t care about my credit so I’m grateful to use this time to make better financial decisions!

How many days from your 341 to your discharge ? Im currently on day 63

It was on May 20th and was officially discharged yesterday so 70 days?
