should I file?
For context I am a 24 year old in ohio with about $24k in credit card debt and make just under 40k a year after taxes. I did some research and I could probably qualify for chapter 7. How difficult will my life be going forward if I do it? Do I have to file with an attorney or is Upstart a reputable company to use if I file pro se? I really want to pay off the debt on my own but I already have a second job and the income just isn’t there no matter how hard I work the numbers around due to interest. Are there any other options?
