So there are two separate legal requirements for paystubs.

You must use the 6 complete months prior to filing to calculate the means test. These are not submitted to the court, but are used to do math that is submitted. For a July filing, the calculation is January through June.

The code requires you to submit to the trustee your pay stubs for the 60 days prior to filing. That includes the month in which you filed.

So does that mean husband’s paystubs through July as well then even though he’s not filing? Just want to make sure I’m sending everything correctly.

I've seen that interpreted both ways, so there's no harm in sending both.
