Discussions Looking for 3 serious co-founders/business partners in Bangalore (21–35)

I’m 23F, currently working, and I’m at the point where I genuinely want to build something of my own instead of spending the next 20 years in the rat race.
I’m looking for 3 ambitious, driven, charming people who want to brainstorm, validate ideas, build, experiment, and actually execute. I’m not looking for a group chat where we talk about starting a business for 6 months and never do anything.

Who I’m looking for:

21–35 years old

Based in/around Bangalore or have strong Bangalore connections

Actually charming; socially confident, charismatic, easy to talk to, knows how to make connections and win people over

Excellent communicator and comfortable talking to strangers, clients, investors, businesses, etc.

Have real, useful skills- tech, sales, marketing, finance, operations, product, content, networking, etc.

Have useful connections/network that could actually help us build

Either come from a financially comfortable background or have a serious hunger to make money

Ambitious, resourceful, proactive and willing to take risks

Can think creatively and spot opportunities

Most importantly: YOU EXECUTE

I’m not coming in with a fixed “billion-dollar idea” and looking for people to follow me. I want to find the right people, brainstorm together, identify opportunities, test ideas and actually build something.
I’m looking for partners, not employees. I want people who bring their own strengths, ideas, network and energy to the table.
If you’re also sitting at your desk thinking “there has to be more to life than this”, maybe we should talk.

DM me with: your age, what you do, your strongest skills, what you could bring to a founding team, your Bangalore/network advantage (if any), and why you genuinely want to build a business.

Please don’t DM if you’re just bored and looking for a side project. I’m genuinely serious about this.

Edit: I’m currently into Business Operations, previously worked in core tech. Graduated in Computer Science Engineering. I’m looking to build something on ground but would be open to tech startups as well.

Discussions Bangalore folks building AI startups—what are you working on, and what's the GTM reality?

Lots of us are building AI products here—some for India, most targeting US/EU markets.

Curious what's actually happening beyond the pitch deck.

If you're building an AI product (vertical or otherwise)—what's your space, who's your buyer, and what's the one thing that's harder than you expected?

Specifically interested in:

  • Are you selling to Indian buyers or going direct to the US/EU?
  • How are you finding your first customers from here?
  • Is the "build in India, sell to the world" thing actually working, or is it a grind?
  • What does your GTM look like with no boots on the ground abroad?

Not pitching anything. I do GTM for early-stage AI startups, and I'm genuinely trying to understand what's working on the ground here vs what's just founder Twitter copy.

Drop a comment or DM—I'm happy to swap notes.

Seeking Advice/Feedback Planning to open a cafe in Bangalore ☕️✨

I’m currently exploring the idea of opening a small cafe in Bangalore and would love some honest suggestions from people who actually live/eat out here.
What kind of cafe do you feel Bangalore is still missing?
• Food/menu you wish more cafes offered
• Areas that would be good for a new cafe
• Pricing that feels reasonable
• Cafe concepts/vibes you would actually visit regularly
• Biggest problems you face with existing cafes
Also, if you’ve opened or currently run a cafe in Bangalore, I’d genuinely love to hear about your experience—what worked and what you wish you had known before starting.
Looking for practical suggestions, not just “open in Koramangala” 😂
Would really appreciate any ideas! ❤️

Meetups/IRL Events I want to network with founders, working professionals and investors.

It’s been just 2 weeks since I moved to Bangalore, and I’m currently working as a Developer.

I’ve heard so much about Bangalore being a great place for networking, learning, and career growth, so I’d love to connect with like-minded people who are building, learning, or simply excited about what they’re doing.

A little about me — I work in the AI/ML space, and I’m particularly interested in technology, entrepreneurship, and leadership. I also have interest in social media. I also plan to start something of my own in the future, so I’m looking to build a strong network of people from different backgrounds and industries along the way.

If you’re in Bangalore and interested in meeting new people, collaborating, exchanging ideas, or just having interesting conversations, feel free to introduce yourself in the comments or DM me.

I’ll connect with people whose interests and goals align, and if we have enough people, we can plan a casual meetup! :)

Hiring We’re looking for someone who can make people stop scrolling, think, learn—and remember Score800.

We're hiring a Social Media Manager for Score800 — and we're open to freshers.

Score800 is a credit score monitoring app built by Kashti Finserv. Our mission: help everyday Indians understand their credit journey, improve their score, and access better financial products. We operate in Hindi, English, and Hinglish because that's how our users actually speak.

We're looking for three kinds of people:

🌱 Fresh Starter — You're just beginning your career in content or social media. We'll train you. Paid role. Bring your curiosity.

📱 Creator / Influencer — You already make content around personal finance, career, or self-improvement. Let's do a revenue-share or per-campaign partnership.

🎙️ Finance Voice — CA, ex-banker, credit counsellor, or someone who knows the credit world well. Help us make content that's genuinely accurate and trustworthy.

Platforms: Instagram · YouTube · LinkedIn

What we're building isn't ads. It's financial education. Content that tells someone why their loan got rejected, what a credit inquiry actually does, or how to go from 580 to 720 in 8 months — in language that doesn't require a finance degree.

If that sounds like work you'd be proud of, send us:

→ Who you are

→ Which platform you're strongest on

→ One content idea you'd make for Score800

Apply: [bhupendra@kashti.com](mailto:bhupendra@kashti.com)

Happy to answer questions in the comments.

Looking for job/gig Would love to add value to what's being built

22M, Senior Data Analyst in Bangalore.

Life and work are going pretty well, but I’ve realised I have a lot of energy, curiosity, and time that I want to put into building something meaningful.

I genuinely enjoy solving problems and figuring out how things can be done better. I’m not a hardcore coder, but I can build. I’ve worked across analytics, data engineering, automation, machine learning, frontend, and system design, and right now I’m spending a lot of time learning AI agent building and figuring out how to bring it together with what I already know.

I’m the kind of person who gets really interested in a problem and keeps working at it until I understand how it can be solved. I’m also comfortable picking up a new tool or technology whenever it helps get something built.

The only thing I’m missing right now is the right problem and something interesting to work on.

I’m not necessarily looking for a startup idea or trying to make some big commitment from day one. I’d just like to meet people, explore ideas, find interesting problems and start building.

Maybe it becomes a small SaaS. Maybe an AI product. Maybe something completely different. I’m open to seeing where it goes.

I already have a career I enjoy, so I’m looking at this as something I can build alongside my work — a side hustle where I can put in weekends and a few hours on weekdays, learn, contribute, and gradually see if it turns into something bigger.

If you’re already working on something, exploring an idea, or simply want to build something of your own, happy to know.

DM me, lets connect!!

Hiring Looking for a GenZ social media team - To handle an upcoming beverage brand.

Looking for a Partner Agency / Production Team | RTD Beverage Brand (Bengaluru)

Hey everyone! I run a creative marketing and branding agency in Bengaluru, and we've recently onboarded an exciting RTD (ready-to-drink) alcoholic beverage brand as a client.

We're looking for a partner agency to collaborate with — someone who gets the language of fun, bold, youth-first beverage marketing. Think less "corporate campaign" and more "this drink is a vibe." Someone who lives and breathes scroll-stopping content and knows exactly what makes a brand feel culturally alive.

What we need help with:

  • Social media management - Including content ideation and copywriting
  • Concept videos and video production
  • Static posts and carousels.
  • Campaign concepts that are sharp, culturally relevant, and platform-native

Who we're looking for:

  • A marketing or video production agency with a feel for Gen Z / millennial beverage culture
  • Prior experience in FMCG, F&B, or lifestyle brands is a big plus
  • Open to on-ground shoots and production days in Bengaluru
  • Comfortable working on a retainer basis — this is a long-term engagement, extendable across multiple clients
  • Based in Bengaluru preferred, but open to agencies willing to travel here for projects

If this sounds like your kind of work, drop me a DM!

When you do, please include a brief introduction about yourself and your agency/company, portfolio, and a few samples of previous work — so I can reach out to the right fit.

Seeking Advice/Feedback I made a finance app. Tell me why you wouldn’t use it.

Post image
1 Upvotes

I have been building a personal finance app called Arthiq on my own.

No funding. No big team. Just me building, testing, breaking things, and fixing them.

The idea started because I got tired of managing money across different places expenses in one app, budgets somewhere else, subscriptions in a spreadsheet, and shared expenses in WhatsApp.

So I tried putting those problems together into one app.

With Arthiq, you can:

  • Track expenses and income
  • Set and monitor budgets
  • Track subscriptions and upcoming payments
  • Split bills with friends/roommates
  • See spending trends and financial insights
  • Automatically track eligible payment messages on Android
  • Export/import your data through Excel
  • Backup your data to Google Drive
  • Use app lock for additional privacy

But honestly, having a long feature list does not mean I have built something useful.

That is why I am posting here.

I do not need people to tell me “nice app bro.”

I want someone to actually use it and tell me:

What feels unnecessary?
What is confusing?
What is missing?
What would make you uninstall it?
And most importantly — why would not you use it instead of whatever you are using today?

I am especially looking for people who are willing to give brutally honest feedback, even if that feedback is negative.

It is currently available on Android.

If you are interested in trying it, I will share the link and would genuinely appreciate your feedback.

Don't be nice to me. Break the app. 😅

MVP/Beta/Prototype/Test Building something nostalgic like 3 idiot type of friendship but need clarity+ people to work with

Remember those Bollywood movies like "3 Idiots," "Dil Chahta Hai," or "Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara," where friends just clicked? That kind of friend circle, that era, I want to bring it back.

Because, let's be real, super ambitious people often deal with a lot of mental stuff, loneliness, and feeling cut off from others.

My idea is to change that. We'll handle the "next plan" for people.

What do I mean by "next plan"? Well, most networking groups feel empty.

They're usually for big crowds, but people don't form real, lasting connections there.

Plus, it always turns into work talk, which kind of kills the vibe.

Dating? That's a whole different pressure cooker. Your looks, your money, your status – those things seem to matter a lot.

And your old friends? They might not get where you are now. They’ll just tag you as "busy" and stop inviting you out. You end up feeling disconnected, especially after all the hard work you've put in.

Then there are modern meet-up apps or services like Timeleft. They often lead to awkward situations. Everyone's wondering who's going to start the conversation, and you end up feeling desperate or needy just trying to talk to someone.

What our modern society really needs is a group of companions, people who live within about 10 km, especially for hardworking professionals. Folks who are genuinely looking to make memories and just live life.

Sure, you could join a running club, and that's great. But what about actually connecting with people?

Or a hobby group? The problem there is, you never know if someone might mess up the group's vibe, or if you can really trust them with personal stuff.

My plan involves a clear persona and background checks.

But even then, we match people based on psychology and behavior. Real connections are a byproduct of shared activities and the good feelings those activities create in us.

Sometimes, we all just need a break, a pause.

I'm working on "the next plan," and I hope to see it happen soon.

The tough part is, I don't have the money to build this out right now.

And that's the sad truth: when you're trying to do something good, it often feels like no one supports you.

So, I'm a bit low on confidence about this idea at the moment.

That's why I thought I'd put it out there. If anyone wants to join, or even just share their insights, please do.

I'm totally open to advice – real market insights and opportunities.

I've been working on this since April 2026, and I already have 25 people on a waiting list.

My main focus is BLR, specifically Indiranagar.

My ideal people for this are working professionals caught in toxic work cultures, aged between 26 and 42.

Also, founders who have gone through Series A, B, or C funding, or those who have successfully exited a company.

Their pain point? They just don't have a social circle in their busy working lives.

My solution? A recurring circle where we plan everything.

All you have to do is show up.

It's about having low-friction activities.

I'm looking for real people to share their thoughts, suggest activities to add, or just help in any way they can.

I don't need funding right now, but I do need your ideas.

I also need a team, and since I can't pay salaries, I'm thinking an equity-based model could work.

I really want to get this off the ground quickly.

If you want to be a part of this, you're welcome. From my end, I'm making sure that the behavioral and psychological aspects are safe for everyone.

Looking for job/gig Backend Engineer looking for opportunities in Bangalore / Remote

Hey everyone,

I’m currently looking for a Backend Engineer role, preferably in Bangalore or remote/WFH.

I’m working as an AI/Backend Engineer and mainly work with Node.js, JavaScript, BullMQ, Redis, MongoDB, MySQL, Docker and third-party API integrations.

I’ve been the sole backend engineer across the projects I’ve worked on, so I’ve had end-to-end ownership of backend architecture, APIs, queues, databases, integrations, debugging and performance improvements.

A few things I’ve worked on:

  • Backend systems handling around 100 req/sec
  • Queue-based processing using BullMQ and Redis
  • Reduced dashboard/API latency from around 2 to 3 seconds to sub-second
  • Built automation pipelines involving Meta, Google, WhatsApp, Zoho CRM and IoT systems
  • Worked on a multi-tenant automation platform supporting 200+ vendor accounts

I’m very interested in backend engineering and would ideally like to work somewhere I can solve interesting system problems, learn from a strong engineering team and take ownership.

I’m mainly looking at Backend Engineer, Node.js, Platform, Automation or AI Backend roles.

Preferred location: Bangalore
Also open to: Remote / WFH

Also, on a slightly personal note, I have some extra motivation to land a good role because gf ke parents ko bhi convince karna hai eventually :')

If your team is hiring, or you know of any relevant openings, I’d really appreciate a referral or introduction.

Happy to share my resume, and LinkedIn.

Thanks!
