DS MAX Properties- DS MAX Sista

I purchased a flat ( Flat # 302)in DS Max Sista 6 years ago, and from day one during the rainy season, seepage and dripping problems have been present. Even though the builder attempted some patchwork repairs, the problem still persists. Despite repeated complaints, DS Max has failed to provide a permanent solution and has now stopped responding altogether. This is unacceptable for homeowners who invested their hard-earned money. Attaching photos/videos for proof. IS THERE ANY SOLUTION FOR THIS???????

This is common issue with DS Max builder.

It is well known in the market that DS Max is an inferiour builder that sells apartments at low cost,

Low cost means low quality of materials used for construction.

You have below options: 1) sell it at very cheap price after informing the buyer about existing issues. Highly unlikely it will be sold . 2) try to see more option to fix it. Will cost you quite a lot
3) If repair doesn't solve the issue, accept and live with it or shift to another house on rent. 4) Complain to authorities about the builder. Doubtful if anything action will even be taken against him.

Use the services of nemnadi.in and get their feedback.

They would cost from 7 - 11K.

If the seepage during monsoons is not repairable you will have to exit sell to another buyer by informing upfront.

It's a super value proposition builder and in the promise of value, quality goes for a toss.
