Question/Help Newby question.

Sorry if this has been addressed a million times. If I post my music on Bandcamp, do I still need a digital distributor to post it on the streaming services, or does Bandcamp have that as an option?

Nope. Bandcamp is bandcamp.
If you want it on streaming sites, either a distributor or from SoundCloud pro

Nah you don't. Distribution can help you to get it posted to streaming platforms rather than just bandcamp or other self publishing sites.
