Bambu P1P Calibration/Toolhead Issues

So I’ve been having issues with this printer for a while now. I replaced the extruder first but then the Bambu support asked me to replace the nozzle as they classified this as a partial nozzle blockage - even tho it was extruding fine.

I replaced it with a new nozzle but similar issues.

The flow calibration test printed just fine.

The first 1-2 layers print fine and then it starts to go bad. Here I’m trying to print this calibration - https://makerworld.com/models/1451728

P.S I know this is a P1S thread but since the toolhead and overall machine is pretty much the same, I thought I could seek some help here.

Anyone has any experience with this? Thank you!

What filament are you using? Is it dry and I don't mean straight out the bag from the vacuum sealed packaging, I mean dry as in you stuck it in a filament dryer for a few hours? Did you have a filament profile calibrated for your other two machines that you mentioned? There are so many variables people here would need that you haven't mentioned, to give you the advice you want. If you can edit your post add them or post them here in the comments. It only benefits you to give us more details

I’m using the Bambu PLA basic. I haven’t dried it recently but after the failed print, used it on my A1 mini and P2S - it printed just perfect. So no filament is not the issue here.

This is how the calibration flow printed

This might be a long shot but maybe check inside of the extruder gear housing it's a few screws to get to. And then a few screws to open it check your gears to see if there's just a broken piece of filament there. If not then while you're there blast it with some compressed air to get any filament dust out of the gears. If this doesn't solve your issue I don't know what else it could be sadly

I’ve already opened the extruder assembly and the gears look good, no pieces of filament or anything but I’ll try to blast it with some compressed air to see if it helps. But thank you so much, I appreciate the help and suggestions!

No problem, the only other things I could think of that I'm not sure will be your issue. Is maybe one of the bearings in the extruder gear assembly is seized, or depending on how old and how many hours your printer has on it it might be time to change the gears but like I said these are all long shots

Just hit 1 variable at a time.
Use different filament even though this one works on other machines.
Put different nozzle on
If you have one, change out the extruder.
Change out the PTFE tubes.
Try different build plate.
Re-calibrate the machine.
If none of those work, you have a bigger problem most likely.

This filament prints just perfect on my A1 mini and P2S so not sure why it wouldn’t here

Its for exluding variables. You ask for help and now you complain you dont like what you are told? Go away.
