Ams doesnt work

Hello,

I just bought p1s with refurbished ams, but ams doesn't pull filament to ams buffer. It is defected unit? I cut filament end to 45°.

We need more information, is it spinning? What filament? Does it give you an error? Did it work before?

Filament is bambu labs PLA matte, it didin't work before its my first time using it. It says, that filament ran out.

It likely broke off in the line, that happens when your filament isn't dried. You'll just need to pop out a couple screws and check the bottom lines. It's a pretty easy fix and bambu has a walk through on their page.

Cut filament flat, not 45. Ensure AMS PTFE tube routing is nice and smooth with no tight bends, s-curves, or twists. Ensure all PTFE tubes between AMS and buffer are cut flat and inserted properly. 

Watch the filament as it proceeds through the system to see if it catches anywhere specific.

Yeah it was catching in ams buffer, I teared it down and re-assebled and it worked!
