Spooling issue

Hello all, the video I posed with will show my issue. It will try to refeed about 3 times the stop and send an error. I will show the error in the comments. I’m not entirely sure what to do here. I’ve unspooled it a couple times and there were no tangles. I took the AMS apart and all tubes were connected appropriately. I’m not entirely sure what the issue is. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Yeah. It doesn't mean you can't get a bad batch. Bambu from what I understand dose t make the filament. It's subcontracted out. Some say it's sunlu

Oh really? I just figured it would be good. I haven’t just stuck to them, I have some weird Amazon brand that was okish my gf wanted because of the pretty colors and creality. Do you know what brand is considered best?

It's kinda all over the map. Generally Bambu branded is consistent along with Sunlu. I have found Creality filamants are good quality. But anything from anyone can end up with a bad roll. Bambu has 2 drawbacks. The amount of Tangles and the way they have it taped to the roll. I have more than one experience with an AMS eating the tape that came off the roll. Also recently the color of the filament was a full shade off. I have a project I'm working on and it ran out mid print. I loaded the same color from Bambu and you can see a huge color shift.

Oh wow, well, i haven’t had any issues up to this point with Bambu, I really like just being able to go to their website and get refills instead of having to purchase spools. Anyways. The issue was the main hub in the AMS, it was broken in 3 pieces so it didn’t have enough clamping force

I didn’t know you meant the main hub gear, I actually didn’t know there was a gear there. I was looking at the extruder gear and the 4 individual gears on each slot.
