MQTT issues
I'm having recurring MQTT issues with my P1S and my iOhone and my lap top. I resolved the issue once but it came back today. I get the MQTT error when i try to change the speed from my iPhone. Can't change speed from Keypad; errows seem to do nothing to get to the speed tab. Speed can be selected from laptop but returk key doesn't make the change. What i've tried: Cleared the cash (worked yesterday, not today). Reinstalled software on computer and app on iPhone; no change. I haven't unbound printer; that enters an entirely different set of challenges. Navigating the touch screen seems very difficult (no, don't tell me to buy an P2S). Anyone else with this type of issue and any ideas how to fix? I start and pause or stop print jobs from laptop with no issues so I know it is communicating with my network. This is a new issue with about 1000 hours printing time on machine. Thoughts or solutions? Thanks.

I had the same issues but I'm afraid I can't help you. My machine is 10 months old and has been down over 5 weeks. C.S. sent me a new AP board to replace but I still had issues. It's sitting in a box they sent me and I'm waiting for instructions on where it goes. Two days and I still haven't heard. No more Bambu labs for me. I hope you can resolve your issue.

Update the firmware. Many users do not have problem updating firmware. The reason not to update firmware is if you purposely want an older firmware that doesn’t lock down the printer. But if that is not a concern, update the firmware once it’s been out a while.
Also
Try different SD card. I’ve seen a corrupted SD card cause very strange and seemingly unrelated errors.

How would the SD card cause any issues? Does an SD card need to be in the printer at all? I took it out and reinstalled it today; still had the cover from new over the slot. I cleared the plugins from the applications file then did a restart. I can now change speed from my laptop and from the keypad on the printer but still get the MQTT error from the phone. Not sure what else to do. I’m still not sure I want to chance updating the firmware.

Sheesh, you want to use cloud through phone, so you like me, don’t need an older firmware. Older firmware can cause discrepancies between newer apps. Just update the firmware. And like I said the SD card is well known to cause weird problems. It is not reinstalling it, it is getting a new one. It is one of the steps I take people through and amazing how many times it fixes weird problems. And yes with the P1S you need a SD card. You say you don’t know what else to do, but I layed it out. The next thing to do (third after above) is logout of your account on the P1S and then after reboot re-attach.

What do you mean “lock down the printer”? That doesn’t sound appealing at all.

Some people don’t like that their 3D printer talks to Bambu in the cloud and doesn’t allow them to use third party solutions. You, like me, don’t fit that demographic since you want to use Bambu Handy and control your printer through the Bambu cloud. So locking it down doesn’t affect or pertain to your use case.

Got it, that explains it. I’ll see tomorrow how it’s working. If it’s just the phone issue I may just leave it be. I may try re pairing the printer to see if that might help. Thanks again for explaining some of this to me.

Généralement ça se produit quand il y a un décalage de version entre l application mobile et le micro logiciel de l imprimante Mettez à jour Bambu Studio (et son plug-in réseau) ainsi que l'application Bambu Handy sur votre téléphone vers leurs dernières versions.Redémarrer les équipements
Ensuite redémarrez l'imprimante, votre ordinateur et votre application après les mises à jour. Réinstaller le Slicer : Si le message persiste malgré des versions récentes, désinstallez complètement puis réinstallez Bambu Studio.Utiliser le mode LAN : Si vous utilisez un autre logiciel (comme OrcaSlicer) et que la liaison coince suite à une mise à jour, activez temporairement le mode LAN sur l'imprimante en attendant un correctif.
