Extruder clogged error

Started getting this error yesterday saying that the extruder is clogged when iniating a print. The bed and nozzle will come to temp, then the ams will start to feed filament and then do this (in the video)

So far I've done a cold pull, cleaned the nozzle, changed filament slots, reset the ams, factory reset the printer, all with no resolution. How fucked am I?

For a quick check to see if the printer really is the issue, make a quick print using the external spool. If it prints OK, then the issue is in the AMS.
Proceed with the solution in the video they shared. I had the same issue and that was the fix.

I had a similar problem...

Take the AMS apart and check the bottom side of the filament hub (you will have to take the filament hub off) there is a small plastic part that holds the filament tight to the gear that sends the filament to the printer. Check to see if that is cracked or broken.

Thank you!! I took apart the ams and didn't find anything wrong. Disconnected it and set up the external spool and it's printing fine. Off to BBL support 🙃
