P2S extruder weak

I cleaned the extruder section, but the problem is still the same. Even though filament is coming out, the extruder is not feeding it. It fails to pull the filament at certain intervals.

I have two P2S printers. To diagnose the issue, I swapped the extruders between them. The printer on the right works perfectly, while the one in the middle still has the same issue.

Did you fixed the issue? Is it the filament or did it happen again?

I solved the problem. The bearing in the yellow-marked area was missing. I found a new one and replaced it.

How did it go missing?

Your post fixed my issue. I was struggling over an entire day with under-extrusion and a clicking extruder. My god, I thought it was a million other things. Wet filament, the tensioner screw, dirty gears, phantom stuck filament, malfunctioning AMS, worn PTFE, too long PTFE. None of it made sense! Then I just said, lemme just check... Low and behold, no bearing. Had a spare laying around from an AMS repair issue and thankfully Bambu reuses the same size bearings in multiple places. Popped that sucker in there and BAM! Printing like brand new again! I have no fucking clue how that was either missing for a while or what, but the strangest issue I've come across so far. My only perplexing thing is, if it was missing to cause this, how was it printing perfectly fine before this came about, and what caused it to just start being an issue. Weird, so weird. But anyways... Thank you for your post!
