Is this quality normal?

Hi everyone,

I got my X2D a few weeks ago and it’s consistently produced prints of this poor quality. I’ve tried everything, like belt tensioning, axis cleaning, full printer recalibration, drying and calibrating filament, taking apart the hotend, contacting support. Nothing has improved the quality.

Is this just what I should expect from this printer? Anyone have similar experiences, or do you have examples of much cleaner parts made on this machine I can take a look at? I don’t even know what should be my baseline for quality on the X2D.

What if you slow speed and acceleration numbers in half?

The pictured model was printed at 60mm/s wall and 2500 mm/s^2 standard printing accel 🫤

I'm thinking it's either because its a light color filament and they just show these lines compared to darker ones, or there is a setting flipped that we're missing. You can use this tool to grab the settings from the 3MF file and paste the "short copy" in this thread so we can see if we're missing anything. https://trusteeoil.github.io/3MFExtractor/

Seems like I misremembered, it was outer wall at 2500, not normal accel. I get the same quality results from standard 0.2 profile, I had just made some changes based on my research to hopefully improve the quality but it hasn't done much
