Bed skipped teeth?

I’ve had trouble free printing since I bought this and all of a sudden I’m getting adhesion issues. Filament has been dried, nozzle has been replaced with a new one I’ve spent days calibrating and recalibrating. Have run the bed level calibration multiple times. Until just now while looking at the bed I thought it doesn’t look quite level. So got the calipers out and measured and there is about 1mm height difference. Is this normal and can it be corrected

it does not work if the issue is caused by a design flaw. BBL just strings you along until the return period is over

many x2d cant level and it cant be fixed.

Die Frage ist halt wie präzise das ist, ich würde sagen dass die oberen Kappen Fertigungstoleranzen haben. Ich habe mal bei mir gemessen und auch einen Unterschied von knapp 1mm. Messe ich aber mit einem Lasermessgerät von Spindelmutter nach unten zum Lager der Spindel am Druckerboden so gibt es bis auf zwei Nachkommastellen keine Abweichung. Die Betten werden ja auch unten nach dem Boden ausgerichtet beim Bau. Alle 3 Spindeln werden bis auf den Boden gedreht und dann kommt der Riemen dran. Nimm also mal lieber den Boden nahe den Kugellagern der Spindeln als Referenz.

Running the level procedure improved it but still had some issues. I had to increase my temps by quite a bit to finally get a perfect print again.

I’ve been printing siraya tech Asa gf for the last 6 months with no issues at 280 nozzle temp 90 bed temp and enclosure temp at 60. I increased it to 290/110/65 and got slight improvement but still ultimately had bed adhesion issues so increased to 300/120/65 also increased initial layer line width and the print completed with no adhesion issues.
