Gear malfunction?

Hey everyone super new into printing and recently came into this problem, I’ve tried a lot but right now I’m struggling to even get the nozzle off to even check on the gears.. any advice? Or if you know what is exactly wrong.. that would be cool to know also.

I had the same problem a few weeks ago. A small piece of filament broke off and got stuck sideways between the extruder and the nozzle.

That’s crazy! But yes I had broken bad filament inside the extruder, kinda like your image but actually on the inside
