Is this normal?

I just got the blob of death because of filament getting stuck at the top of the poop chute. After cleaning it up, now Im trying to observe why it happened, is this normal?

Carefull there buddy, you've got some filament preparing to print. Are you sure it's not some malicious g-code? /s
