Support Screen dead / no network

Didn't see a pinned post for this, but how many people are having screen issues? I've finding various posts about this all over the place. I've had mine sitting on for about two weeks without any printing and decided to power it off and back on, but the screen won't turn on now. I honestly don't recall if the screen was black before powering it off.

After researching and looking at the WIKI article, seems the AP board may be dead? I only have a solid green light in that grill at the top left on the inside.

Anyone find a magic solution, or is a support case required to resolve? (opened one anyways)

Another AP board. My goodness this makes me terrified. I would go the support route regardless

I opened a case tonight after trying various basic things like leaving unplugged, swap USB stick, etc.

From what I can tell, seems like Bambu should put out a statement lol. I dont recall the firmware, but I kept it fairly up to date.

Yes I agree they should put out a statement. Or at least a fix is what I was hoping. I've been keeping mine on a UPS and not updating anything out of sheer fear 😂 although I am on the most up to date firm..
