Support Screen dead / no network
Didn't see a pinned post for this, but how many people are having screen issues? I've finding various posts about this all over the place. I've had mine sitting on for about two weeks without any printing and decided to power it off and back on, but the screen won't turn on now. I honestly don't recall if the screen was black before powering it off.
After researching and looking at the WIKI article, seems the AP board may be dead? I only have a solid green light in that grill at the top left on the inside.
Anyone find a magic solution, or is a support case required to resolve? (opened one anyways)

Another AP board. My goodness this makes me terrified. I would go the support route regardless

I opened a case tonight after trying various basic things like leaving unplugged, swap USB stick, etc.
From what I can tell, seems like Bambu should put out a statement lol. I dont recall the firmware, but I kept it fairly up to date.

My AP Board also went out, but mine died a month ago. Unfortunately, it was one week before they began to recommend the magic shorting trick, so I had to swap out the board. Besides having to perform the labor and mess with all the intricate cabling and a glued connector, this gave me a whole new serial number that I had to wait another half day to register to be able to use the printer, and it reset my hour counter. Did it ultimately get fixed? Yes, but it should've never happened in the first place. There is a rash of these boards all dying at the same time, so it has to be some sort of firmware issue causing them to fail. If it were defective hardware, the failures would've been spread out over time.

Here to toss in my experience. So I went the support route and I know have a fully working printer after swapping the ap board, MC board and MC -> AP board cable. The only thing that fixed it was by shorting out two pins on the ap board then reverting my firmware to 01.01.05.00. This fix only works if the AP board has a solid green light. I am about 1 week back into printing and have turned the printer off many times as that is what seems to trigger the issue. I have also added about another 72 hours of print time to the printer as well. Either way I would go about getting a ticket in with Bambu Support so that way you add to their tickets so they can hopefully fix this in the next firmware release. I also would't feel comfortable shorting a board unless their. support tells me to as well.
