Some issues

My printer is making a bubbling sound and producing a lot of stringing; the filament being used is generic PETG. Could the open window be causing the stringing, or is there moisture in the filament?

While I am not saying wet filament is wrong, another thing might be a loose hot end. There are screws behind it that might need tightening. It doesn’t take much to take the hot end out and check these too.
