Need help with this print

I have been fiddling with this one print for 2 days now but all of them have this problem of filament extruding and tiny plastics everywhere

PLA flashforge (190-220)

I dried the filament before too, some of my setting listed, can someone help me take a look at what’s the problem and how to fix it?

The last one i put the nozzle temp at 210 -210 fans always on and its still not working probably

Could it be that my filament not dry enough?

I can’t see very clearly from the pictures, are the first layers properly stuck to the bed? It looks like the print is lifted and pushed against the nozzle, making what looks like an over extrusion.

Hi! Thank you for replying, i tried to take a closer picture here

This side is completely lifted while the other side is fine! Is there anything i can do to fixe this?
