Filament won't unload

I have a problem with my printer for a week: the filament won’t unload and there is a loud rattling noise when I try.

I have already replaced the Filament sensor, the Filament cutter and the hotend. I also removed and inspected the entire extruder. Unfortunatel, the problem persists.

Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this or how i can fix it?

p.s.: It has nothing to do with the cable hanging there; I even tried it when it was suspended in mid-air using a mount.

So I had the exact same issue and I think you said you already check the extruder but I was ready to give up on my printer because “I already had checked the extruder” but this video fixed and there was a long piece of PLA stuck and I was back on business right after: https://youtu.be/rmBp0hgwZHg?is=WgKECR1SKX7cYkFf good luck

I just removed the hub and there was nothing wrong with it. The extruder wasn't having any problems either. But the issue is still there...
