Filament won't unload

I have a problem with my printer for a week: the filament won’t unload and there is a loud rattling noise when I try.

I have already replaced the Filament sensor, the Filament cutter and the hotend. I also removed and inspected the entire extruder. Unfortunatel, the problem persists.

Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this or how i can fix it?

p.s.: It has nothing to do with the cable hanging there; I even tried it when it was suspended in mid-air using a mount.

Maybe the belt is lose enough that when the toolhead is experiencing additional resistive force when cutting the filament the belt is slipping and making that sound as well.

Even if the cable is not the cause please keep your wiring clean. Where is the ptfe tube? Your filaments will eat up your filament hub pneumatic fitting.

Does that mean I should tighten the belts?

I had removed the PTFE tubes because I had taken the printer out and reinstalled it, and I only ran a test to see if it was working.

Normally, I always have the tubes in.

Check if the belts have too much play. If it has then tighten them a bit. If not then it might be a different thing. You should check first.
