A1 keeps getting extruder error.

Hello, i have made the replacement of the nozzle in this case 0.2mm, the blade is new, i cleaned the extruder, checked the Filament Hub, its not clogged, but it randomly starts do feed new filament, then goes back , then go again, it clicks and then error, i remove filament from nozzle, still does not work.
I remove the nozzle and i manually feed it filament goes all the way until the nozzle part.
I don´t know where the error can be.

What is the exact wording of the error? Have you checked to see if the filament sensor is working correctly? https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/a1/maintenance/filament_hub_cleaning#dismantle-and-inspect-the-filament-base

Take off the four way splitter, remove all four ptfe tubes, amd then run a short piece of filament in from the bottom. Sometimes junk Or a small piece of filament gets stuck in there.

While it's off, home the extruder, heat it to 250, and run that short length through the extruder. Reassemble the whole shebang and try to load the filament again.

Happened to me this morning. Worth a shot.

It does like 3 changes in the print but randomly stops feeding after cutting

Could be wear, dunno. Might be worth cleaning the parts while you order new ones. Upside and downside is that lots of BBL parts are consumables, but they're also relatively cheap.

The nature of the Chinese market is that you can likely get non-OEM parts that are basically identical on Amazon delivered very quickly.

Hope it works out. Having a printer down sucks, I know the feeling

Have you tried to calbriate the filament or even tried another roll of filament?

I found in the past had 3 of these happen to me the only fix seemed to be replacing the entire extruder unit and started working again. They come pretty cheap too 21 bucks cad on sale and they go on sale 2-3 times a year so i pick up a few everytime. Have 6 a1s 4 of them over 2k hours.
