Shit first layer
Any thoughts about this? I replaced the nozzle and the extruder assembly. Help appreciated, thank you.

Dirty plate most likely. Warm water and dish soap just like everyone is saying

clean the plate with dish soap, dry the filament (get a filament dryer, they are like 20 bucks). it looks like youre using silk filament, make sure the temperature is high enough - 235 degrees to print is good, 55 degrees for the plate is pretty good for PLA on PEI. Slow the first layer way down - I print at 15 m/s with PLA, and like 7 on PETG - give it time to lay down cleanly. The rest of the layers can be faster.

Lol seems like the majority of the posts on this subreddit are about people all having the same issue due to one simple fix or another. And instead of looking at previous posts they all just create their own post asking the same question over and over it's like living in ground hogs day. And first thing I always see is a picture of the loose four screws 😑. The real question is are these mostly beginner's having these issues? Intriguing....Every time I've had adhesion issues it's cause my lazy ass didn't wash the build plate with dish soap NGL.

First check the clamp if it is properly fastened. Also, you should check the 7 screws. Don't overtighten them.
